The probe is assigned a unique identification number that is read by SMART sensors, EDGE loggers, and the systemONE solution, allowing for unambiguous identification.

Additionally, the probe has a built-in memory module that allows for the storage of additional information, including dates and results of calibrations performed in the laboratory, service information, etc.
