The EDGE-CTRL I/000 industrial parameter recorder is a device dedicated to recording measurement data collected by additional industrial sensors and recorders.

The device can directly collect data from devices within the astozi device ecosystem:

• SMART-SENSOR / SMART-LAN
• SMART-GATEWAY-LR / SMART-LR-GTW
• SMART-MOTE-WIFI,
• EDGE-CTRL (creating a virtual recorder)
• as well as external industrial systems using the Modbus/TCP protocol.

The device has internal memory allowing for data storage for up to 10 years.

The processed measurement data can be analyzed by a built-in, configurable rules engine, and control signals can be sent to external devices, such as EDGE-CTRL controllers with built-in actuators.
